Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment has been received we ask for 1-3 business days for processing your order. Most times we ship next business day after payment is made however there are some things that could hold your order up and could cause a delay. To help us get your package to you as soon as we can please make sure you ship to your billing address and/or ship to your billing address.
Once we ship your laptop it can take anywhere from 1-6 business days to arrive. We are in Florida so the further you are away from us the longer it will take for your package to arrive.
Q. How do i find out where my package is?
After payment has been made, the following day you will get an email which will include the tracking number and any other details about your package. Your order confirmation is sent to your email address. If you do not see your tracking number please check your bulk or junk mail folder. The tracking number is sent from a server and your email account may filter the email. The tracking number is usually sent in the afternoon and the tracking number will update at the end of the day when FedEx picks it up.
Q. Is there a shipping discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?
Yes. All of our items include free shipping.
Q. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
We apologize but at this time we do not offer local pickups.
Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
Q. I entered the wrong shipping address, can you change it?
Yes, but our order processing is very fast so if you need an address change you MUST email us as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not contact us within the day your order may ship and it will be too late for us to get this changed for you. If we get a return to sender or refused shipment back to us there will be a $20 fee deducted from your refund.
